What should I do if I didn't receive credits after completing offers?
Sponsored offers are hosted by our sponsors. If you didn't receive credits for completing an offer, please contact the sponsor for further details. Here’s how:
1. Open your Telos app.
2. Enter "Get Credits" screen.
3. Tap ""Complete an Offer" button.
4. Tap either “?” (in the upper right corner) or “Missing Credits” (at the bottom of an offer) to contact the sponsor.
Usually the sponsor will response you within 24 hours.
